A scenary to a emergency dispatch center in Kerava (north of capital Helsinki), Finland. The center is located underground in the bedrock in a EMP-protected shelter. The dispatch center serves police, fire, rescue and ambulance services, and on-duty social workers.

The picture has been edited to protect the anonymity of the personnel and information on screens.
