Description
English: An Early Medieval (Anglo Saxon) pottery body sherd from a Shelly Ware cooking jar (9th – 10th century). The fabric is dark grey with red external surface, frequent shell inclusions and cavities from an organic temper. This fragment is comprised of two sherds glued together.

Dimensions: weight: 47.90g.
