Author | Apparently W.T. Crane. See monogram at lower left of bottom center panel on this page and signature "W.T. Crane Del" on bottom of lower left panel of File:An Animated Alphabet 02.jpg. Not sure what the "Del" would be about, but Crane was a moderately well-known magazine illustrator of the time. |
