English: An Aird The north east facing cliffs of An Aird, looking south east. The sunlit rounded island in the background is Scalpay. The highest peak (to the right) is Beinn na Caillich (I think).
John Allan has kindly provided further information - "Your description is quite correct. L to R there is the south end of Raasay - in shadow, Scalpay - sunlit, Ben Suardal - dark, Beinn na Caillich - looking pyramidal and then, much closer, is Meall Buidhe on the Moll peninsula and, just showing far right, Beinn na Cro". |
