Description
English: JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The E85 ethanol fuel pump located at the Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, fuels station, Dec. 5, 2019. The use of the flex-fuel E85 – a blend of 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline – helps meet environmental goals and reduces reliance on foreign oil.
