Description

Landskrona stads seminarium "Kan man vända ett miljonprogramsområde - och samtidigt lyfta en hel stad?" hos Business Arena i Visby under Almedalsveckan 2017.

Programbeskrivning: Det fanns höga ambitioner med 60- och 70-talets funktionella byggande. Byggnadstekniskt var det ett lyckat projekt men i dag präglas många av de så kallade miljonprogramsområdena av stora renoveringsbehov och sociala utmaningar. I Landskrona vill man omvandla miljonprogrammet i Karlslund till att bli en integrerad och attraktiv stadsdel. Utöver bostäder ska området också bli ett regionalt besöksmål med äventyrsbad, multisportanläggning och hotell. Kan man med ett helhetsgrepp kan vända på en negativ trend och samtidigt lyfta en hel stad?
