De gevleugelde Faam houdt samen met de twee victorieuze admiralen de portretten van Willem III en Maria II omhoog. Hierbij een monument met voorstellingen van Fecamp en La Hogue. Links de Nederlandse Maagd met schepenkroon en drietand. Links en rechts zuilen met afbeeldingen van zeeslagen. Onderaan een riviergod en triton aan weerszijden van een kaart van Bretagne en het Kanaal met een vers op de zeeslag.
