DescriptionAlbert Wise, aka Otto Henry.jpg	English: Albert Wise, also known as "Otto Henry", "Albert Metzony", "the Count", "the Russian Baron" and numerous other aliases, was an American thief, fraud, and con man; allegedly, he once picked the pocket of Edward VII (while the latter was still Prince of Wales). In 1903, when he was 71, he was arrested in Urbana, Ohio for having pickpocketed $5,000, and sentenced to five years in prison.
