English: This photo was taken on 20th November 2022 in Alandi, Maharashtra, India.
Spiritual place 'Alandi' is famous for Saint Dnyaneshwar's Sanjeevan Samadhi. Saint Dnyaneshwar was great philosopher, born in Alandi 746 years ago. He is believed to be avatara of GOD Krishna. He translated 'Geeta' (World famous literature by Lord Krishna) into local language Marathi, called 'Shree Dnyaneshwari' at the age of 16. He ended his life at 21 by taking samadhi in Alandi. For paying respect to him, Lacs of people all over India gather in Alandi every year since 725 years and celebrate his 'Samadhi" anniversary. This pilgrimage called 'Kartiki Vari'. I took this photo of a spiritual man relaxing on the river bank.
