Alambique. Alquitara. Galicia (Spain)

Na miña zona coñecese como alquitara, aínda que seguramente vos soe máis a palabra alambique. É o aparello que serve para facer o augardente ou a caña de herbas.

Na pota grande, a que leva o capirote, bótase o bagazo da uva (o que queda unha vez que se prensa para facer o viño) e dáselle lume por abaixo. O augardente vaise destilando e sae polo bidón da esquerda.

Se un quere caña de herbas, xunto ao gabazo ao que botar noces, laranxas, limóns, etc.
