尾張藩士 ・ 正木惣三郎 (1801-50) と息子の伊織 (1827-79) が余暇に楽しんだやきものである。 惣三郎は、 11代藩主斉温の頃に御焼物懸を拝命、 12代藩主斉荘には側近として仕えた。 茶道具のなかでも、 細密な細工を施した香合や置物を得意とした。
