Description
Português: Gravuras de uma agulha albardeira, uma fusaiola ornamentada e de um machado em pedra verde, encontrados durante escavações arqueológicas no Castro de Sabroso, em Guimarães, no Norte de Portugal. Martins Sarmento destacou principalmente a descoberta do machado, que identificou como um amuleto, devido às suas reduzidas dimensões. Esta imagem foi publicada na Revista de Guimarães n.º 24, de Abril de 1907, disponível no Internet Archive.
English: Drawings of a needle, spindle whorl and green stone axe, found during archaeolical excavations at the Sabroso hillfort, in Guimarães, northern Portugal. Martins Sarmento gave an special attention to the discovery of the stone axe, that he identified as an amulet, due to its small dimensions. This image was published in Revista de Guimarães no. 24, April 1907, available on the Internet Archive.
