Español: El lienzo representa a Agila I (¿?-554), rey de los visigodos, que reinó entre los años 549 y 554. Sucedió al rey Teudiselo y fue sucedido a su vez por el rey Atanagildo. El rey Agila I está representado de perfil, con armadura, apoyando ambas manos en la espada y en actitud meditabunda. Al fondo, un paisaje con rocas sobre las que, en el ángulo inferior derecho, se apoya el escudo. El lienzo pertenece a la colección del Museo del Prado, aunque se encuentra depositado en el Congreso de los Diputados de España.
