Nederlands: Decreet afkondiging politiestandrecht, ondertekend door 'Seys-Inquart'. (Seyss-Inquart).

Dit affiche is onderdeel van de 'Verzameling De Roos', vernoemd naar de nalatenschap van Jan de Roos, geboren te Leeuwarden op 1 maart 1902 en overleden op 10 januari 1986. De Roos kwam gedurende de oorlog mede aan het affichemateriaal door zijn werk op het Gemeentehuis van Achtkarspelen, waar hij de hand wist te leggen op door de Nederlandse en Duitse overheid verstrekte affiches. Soms haalde De Roos net opgehangen affiches van de muur, of vroeg hij aan de beheerders van de distributiepunten om zojuist gearriveerde exemplaren van de proclamaties en verordeningen.

De hele 'Verzameling De Roos' bevat meer dan 1700 affiches, waarvan ongeveer een derde deel betrekking heeft op Friesland.

This poster is part of the 'De Roos Collection', named after the estate of Jan de Roos, born in Leeuwarden on March 1, 1902 and died on January 10, 1986. During the war, De Roos also contributed to the poster material through his work. at the Town Hall of Achtkarspelen, where he managed to lay his hands on posters issued by the Dutch and German authorities. Sometimes De Roos just got hanged posters off the wall, or he asked the managers of the distribution points for newly arrived copies of the proclamations and regulations.

The entire 'De Roos Collection' contains more than 1700 posters, of which about a third relate to Friesland.

Dieses Plakat ist Teil der "De Roos Sammlung", benannt nach dem Nachlass von Jan de Roos, geboren am 1. März 1902 in Leeuwarden und gestorben am 10. Januar 1986. Während des Krieges trug De Roos auch durch seine Arbeit zum Plakatmaterial bei. im Rathaus von Achtkarspelen, wo er die Plakate der niederländischen und deutschen Behörden in die Hände bekam. Manchmal hat De Roos gerade Plakate von der Wand aufgehängt, oder er hat die Manager der Verteilungspunkte nach neu eingetroffenen Exemplaren der Proklamationen und Verordnungen gefragt.

Die gesamte "De Roos Collection" enthält mehr als 1700 Poster, von denen etwa ein Drittel mit Friesland zu tun hat.

Cette affiche fait partie du «Collection De Roos», du nom de la succession des Jan de Roos, né à Leeuwarden le 1er mars 1902 et décédé le 10 janvier 1986. Pendant la guerre, De Roos a également contribué au matériel d'affiche par son travail. à la mairie d'Achtkarspelen, où il a réussi à mettre la main sur des affiches publiées par les autorités néerlandaises et allemandes. Parfois, De Roos vient d'accrocher des affiches du mur, ou il demande aux directeurs des points de distribution pour les copies nouvellement reçues des proclamations et des règlements.

L'ensemble de la 'Collection De Roos' contient plus de 1700 affiches, dont environ un tiers concernent la Frise.
