The CLS class was taught by U.S. Army medics with the 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, Combined Task Force Raider, 3rd Infantry Division, and Security Force Assistance Team 21, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Hawaii National Guard.
