Description
English: An Afghan National Police instructor leads Afghan Local Police recruits to receive their ALP Academy graduation certificates in Nawbahar district, Zabul province, Afghanistan, March 31. The academy is a three-week course that teaches candidates basic policing procedures, weapons handling and other skills necessary to protect and defend Afghan citizens.
