Besides this, one or tv^o IndianBritish merchants are established in the mainstreet of Sher-i-Nasrya, w^here, as v^e have seen,they have opened nice shops. The pioneer merchants of Sistan were the firmof Mahommed Ali Brothers, of Quetta, estabhshedin 1900, and represented by a very intelligentman called Seth Suliman. The firm has branches in Birjand and Meshed.They have done good business both in Sistan,Birjand
