Summary
[edit]DescriptionAberdare (Low Level) railway station (site), Mid Glamorgan (geograph 3305953).jpg |
English: Aberdare (Low Level) railway station (site), Mid Glamorgan This was the site of the Taff Vale Railway's terminus from Abercynon and Cardiff between 1846 and 1964. View south. The old station burned down in 1982 and the site was redeveloped, so when the passenger railway was reopened from Abercynon to Aberdare in 1988, it now has to join the ex Vale of Neath Railway line at Cwmbach and run into what used to be called Aberdare High Level station. |
