Summary[edit]

Description
English: A scan from a print of a 35mm transparency which I took at the Abbots Bromley Horn Dance in Abbots Bromley, Staffordshire, England in the mid 1970s. It shows the original medieval hobby horse (sitting down to take a rest in the early evening after a full day's dancing). Soon after this, a new hobby horse was carved, with a more "realistic" head.
