Summary[edit]

Description
English: 12th C abbey church that was built in the Romano - Byzantine style. Situated in the Dordogne valley in the Upper Quercy, not far from Black Périgord, It was once an orchard and is close to the river Dordogne. . It is situated in the heart of the ancient town of Souillac and has some fine pieces of ancient wall painting from 15th century .
