| Description |
English: Abbey House - Cerne Abbas Incorporating part of the old medieval monastic gatehouse, Abbey House stands at the entrance to the once great Abbey, whose remains today comprise the Abbey Guest House, and Abbot's Porch. Following a fire in the mid C18, Abbey House was almost entirely rebuilt from the late C18 on. Despite these alterations the house is Grade I Listed. |
