"Local grey limestone, brought to course with Bathstone ashlar and hammer-dressed grey limestone dressings; hipped slate roof. In 1904 it became "The Torquay Pupil Teachers Centre", the origin of Torquay Boys' Grammar School, which moved to Barton Road and later Shiphay. The building is now used by the Disabled Fellowship. |
