Description 100822-N-1159B-168 KABUL, Afghanistan (July 22, 2010) – A worker at the Kabul Milli factory handcrafts combat boots for Afghan forces. U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Kathleen Dussault, commander of Task Force 2010, presented the factory with a quality assurance certificate that will allow it to formally supply boots to Afghan National Security Forces.
