Description: A B, Canal d'un étang salé qui communique à la mer. C D E F G, Revêtissement d'un des bords. H I K, Rive opposée; qu'on laisse volontiers dans son état naturel. L, Entrée par où le poisson est conduit dans la Bourdigue. M N O, Trois tours où les poissons se rassemblent. P, Espèce de Verveux. [Nota. Cette lettre manque dans plusieurs exemplaires, page 58 , col. 2, lig. 6 depuis le bas]. Q , Ouverture par où les poissons qui ont suivi les parois, s'engagent dans la Bourdigue. R, Maison du Bourdiguier. S T, Deux tours, comme celles des lettres M N O. X X X, Eſpace étroit, où les poissons se trouvant resserrés, ils sont forcés de passer dans le réservoir Y nommé Serve; ou dans la tour O; & ensuite dans le Verveux dit Pantanne. Z, Passage pour les bateaux qui vont de l'étang à la mer. Ce passage est fermé par un filet, qu'on abaisse & releve au moyen du moulinet I. Le cône que l'on voit près de I, est un monceau de cannes destinées à former les parois de la Bourdigue. On y travaille dans l'attelier voisin. &, Garde de forts pieux & de perches, sans claies: pour empêcher que les bateaux n'endommagent la Bourdigue. Sur le devant de la Planche est un Pêcheur qui va prendre le poisson de la Bourdigue , avec une espece de Truble.
