Description
English: Staff Sgt. Diana Meredith, native of Bainbridge, Ga., and 10 year, second deployment veteran soldier is what you may want to call an Army multi-tasker. According to Meredith, she holds the truck driving, finance analysis, and, administrative assistant military occupational specialties. For deployment duties, she is normally the operations noncommissioned officer in charge, and, she also serves as the unit training NCO and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program NCO. As the operations officer Meredith is mission manager. Managing missions entail paperwork, tracking miles, managing load plans, who’s picking up the loads, and according to Meredith, whatever else may needed to be done to support a mission. Meredith feels the Army has provided her direction and allows her to broaden her knowledge in different career fields. She values respect, loves softball, the gym and reading; and “watch out,” she plans on moving up the ranks and retiring.
