English: A New Orleans Police Department Mounted Patrol horse gets a drink (of water) at a bar in the French Quarter. The New Orleans police use horses for crowd control during major events such as Mardi Gras and for everyday patrols along Bourbon Street.
A classic form of American humor is the "man walks into a bar" story.
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks "Why the long face?"
Location: Boondock Saint bar at 731 Saint Peter Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.
