English: AUYA Person of the Year is a very special recognition honored to Extraordinary Leaders who are doing incredible works to promote good governance in Africa, including Diplomacy, Politics, Peace activism, Social advocacy, Humanitarian affairs, Education, Sciences & Sports, among other field.
The recognition also celebrates the great works of our African Hero and heroines who are fighting for the Africa We Want Agenda and its development, by championing the promotion of the global agendas, including, the SDGs, Climates, Human Rights, Children, Youth and Women empowerment. AUYA Person of the Year (called Man of the Year or Woman of the Year from 2022) is an annual continental issue of the AUYA News Journal and AUYA -TV featuring a person, a group, an idea, or an object that "for better or for worse ... has done the most to influence the events of the year in Africa. The editors of AUYA Times select important featured subjects. |
