English: Cathy Spence, 673d Force Support Squadron/Army Community Service, Relocation Readiness Program, right, and Army Staff Sgt. Victor Ward, 207th (Regiment) RTI, work together during a Master Resilience Trainer breakout session where students practice teaching techniques. The class took place at the JBER Consolidated Library and Education Center, Aug. 17, 2011. Upon return to their units, students will have the ability to teach resilience techniques to help people grow stronger, mentally, physically and spiritually.
