DescriptionABB OppCharge (SAE J3105-1) and New Flyer XE40 at Sunset TC (TriMet).jpg | TriMet bus 3801, the Portland-area transit agency's first battery-electric bus, on its first day in service, March 4, 2019. No. 3801 is a 2018-built New Flyer XE40. It is shown connected to the overhead charging apparatus at Sunset Transit Center, the northern end of line 62-Murray Blvd, during a layover. Its paint scheme was not yet complete at the time; TriMet later added (adhesive) graphics to both the buses and the charger, promoting their use of electricity. | |||
