Description A U.S. Navy Douglas A-4C Skyhawk from Attack Squadron VA-195 Dambusters approaching an aircraft carrier. VA-195 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 19 (CVW-19), flying the A-4C from the aircraft carriers USS Bon Homme Richard (CVA-31), 1961-66, and USS Ticonderoga (CVA-14), 1966-68. The guided missile destroyer USS Joseph Strauss (DDG-16) is visble in the background.
