הערות: את ניהול התוכן של מחסן 3, שנבנה בשילוב מכולות משא ממוחדשות ומכונה היום ״בית המכולות״, הוציאו העירייה וחברת אתרים למכרז. מי שזכתה בו היא עמותת ״לצאת מהקופסא״, שפועלת מאז שנת 2009. היא החלה כיוזמה חברתית בהובלתם של קבוצת צעירים תל אביבים כחלק מחגיגות 100 שנה לעיר, ובשנת בשנת 2010 נרשמה כעמותה שמטרתה קידום תחום העיצוב בישראל והשימוש בו כמנוף לשינוי חברתי.
