Name: Ashkelon Harlington Hotel
Description: Breakwaters A view from the Harlington Hotel, formerly the Holiday Inn Hotel. Designed by the architects Yaakov and Amnon Rechter. The building is special in the shape of the round dome and corresponds with the dome of the tomb of Sheikh Awad which is located nearby. Today the hotel is abandoned and closed.

שם: אשקלון מלון הרלינגטון
תיאור: שוברי גלים מבט ממלון הרלינגטון ,לשעבר מלון הולידיי אין.תוכנן על ידי האדריכלים יעקב ואמנון רכטר.המבנה מיוחד בצורת הכיפה העגולה ומתכתב עם הכיפה של הקבר של שייח עוואד הנמצא בסמוך.כיום המלון נטוש וסגור.
הערות: בגלל רשות העתיקות ובעיקר בגלל אתרא קדישא, בשלב מאוחר של התכנון הוחלט להרים את הבניין כולו בחמישה מטרים וונבנתה קונסטרוקציה של רפסודה, גריד של קורות בטון ועליו בנינו את כל המלון. השינוי ייקר את עלויות הבנייה ובגלל זה נוצרו כל מיני שינויים בתכנית המקורית וגם רמת הגמרים והפרטים לא בוצעו על פי התכנית המקורית.(חלון אחורי)
