Русский: Сравнение лазеров одной мощности с длиной волны 635нм (нижнее пятно) и 650нм (верхнее пятно). Разница в яркости вызвана большой разницей в чувствительности ПЗС-матрицы (и глаза человека) к этим длинам волн. Большой радиатор, в который вставлен 635нм лазерный диод, является многократно избыточным, такой диод может быть использован и в маленьком лазерном модуле без риска перегрева. |
