Further indication of usage conditions received in emails 7/15-16/05 from the BRA (the below is condensed, my questions are quoted):

It's public, but please say on your document where you got the 
information.

I think as long as you give full attribution, you can do whatever you want
with text or images. If there are opinions involved, please differentiate
your opinion from what you quote or copy from the BRA.
