English: 4T1 mouse metastatic breast carcinoma cell line. A giant multinucleated cell. This is a BSE-image of a lanthanoid-stained sample taken with EVO LS10 scanning electron microscope (Zeiss, Germany) without prior fixation, nor dehydration, nor sputtering. A new technique for environmental SEM (ESEM) of hydrated cells. The method has been developed by BioREE, Russia, with support from the Research Institute of Eye Diseases, Russia. Coauthors: N.P.
