Description
Nederlands: Drie DJ’s van het populaire radiostation 3FM zijn vrijdagmiddag te gast geweest bij de Mineursschool van het Opleidings- en Trainingscentrum Genie in Reek.

Giel Beelen, Gerard Ekdom en Sander Lantinga sluiten zich van komende dinsdag, 19 december, tot kerstavond op in het Glazen Huis op de Neude te Utrecht. Zo willen zij geld inzamelen voor het Rode Kruis, dat de slachtoffers van landmijnen ondersteunt.

Om te weten waar ze het over hebben, kregen ze op de Mineurschool een theoretische uitleg en zagen zij de werking van verschillende landmijnen in praktijk. Ter afsluiting hebben de platendraaiers ook nog kunnen ervaren dat het handmatig opsporen van begraven landmijnen (mijnenprikken) een zeer arbeidsintensief karwei is.
