Description
English: 395th Infantry Regiment Unit Arms. The 395th Infantry, Organized Reserves, was organized in 1921. It had its headquarters at Franklin, Pennsylvania, and drew its personnel from Pennsylvania. The shield is silver, the old color of Infantry. The buck's head was used to indicate the allocation of the organization to the mountainous section of Pennsylvania, where deer abound.

During WW2 the 395th Regt. was part of the 99th. Infantry Division along with the 393 and 394 Regiments. The 99th saw action in the "Battle of the Bulge" and at

the Rhine river crossing at Remagan.
