Description

384 microwell plate imaged with 2.5 x magnification in 3 channels. Each well fits into one single image. You avoid time-consuming scanning of wells and subsequent stitching and increase your throughput. The overall image quality and resolution allows e.g. segmentation of single cell nuclei and therefore counting of cells. www.zeiss.com/celldiscoverer Sample courtesy of P.
