English: 060806-N-9851B-004 (Aug. 6, 2006) A port side stern view of the US Navy (USN) Arleigh Burke Class (Flight II) guided missile destroyer (Aegis) USS Hopper (DDG 70) showing sailors manning the rails as the ship arrives in the harbour at Maura, Brunei Drussalam, to begin the fifth phase of Exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT). CARAT is an annual series of bilateral maritime training exercises between the US and six south-east Asian nations designed to build relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.
