• "Frame with novelty siding, 28' (three-bay front) x 20' with 14' x 20' and 6' x 19' additions, gable and shed roofs, one story, three-bay shed roof entrance porch with balustrade and square posts, decorative trim at gable end.
• Built 1896; rear addition to rear of it, 1908; demolished 1978. One of two remaining structures from early period of school.
• 4 ext. photos (1977). Also see Chemawa Indian School (OR-129). Card prepared 1979."
