Description
English: SCHRIEVER SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. — U.S. Space Force Col. Matthew Holston, Space Delta 8 - Satellite Communications and Navigational Warfare commander (middle), Mr. Joseph Gambrell,Positional, Navigation and Timing area team lead (right), and Mr. Bruno Mediate, Space Systems Command (left), cut a ribbon to officially open the Positional Training Emulator on Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, Sept. 17, 2021. Once fully operational, the PTE will be used during mission qualification training and upgrade courses, as well as be used to ready operators for advanced missions and currency training.
