Description
English: 2 Cornelia Street, at the intersection of Cornelia Streets, West 4th Street and Sixth Avenue in the West Village neighborhood of Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City, is a triangular building constructed for commercial use in 1911 and designed by Fred Ebeling. It was converted to condominium lofts in 1982 by Robert and Roger Fisher. The 12-story 145-foot (44 m) building is featured in the 1922 painting "The City from Greenwich Village" by Ash-Can School painter John Sloan, which is in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
