Summary[edit]

Description 20 (18-22) West 20th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in the Flatiron District neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1901-02 and designed by DeLemos & Cordes in the Beaux-Arts atyle. One bay of the building continues through to 19th Street, where it is addressed as 25 West 19th Street. It is located within the Ladies Mile Historic District.
