Deutsch: Wohn- und Geschäftshaus, Eckhaus in halboffener Bebauung, 1890er Jahre (Wohn- und Geschäftshaus), baugeschichtlich, künstlerisch und städtebaulich von Bedeutung, repräsentatives Gründerzeitgebäude mit straßenbildprägendem Dachhelm, Eckerker und Balkonen . Wegen herabfallenden Materials wurde zusätzlich ein Fußgängertunnel errichtet.
