Description
Deutsch: Der Fichtepark in Dresden-Plauen: Mit den charakteristischen Bismarckturm. Im Jahr 1903 kam eine großflächige Teichinstallation hinzu. Sie hat einen Wasserlauf, der im oberen Parkbereich einer Quelle entspringt und in den unten gelegenen Teich mündet. Anlässlich des 175. Geburtstages von Johann Gottlieb Fichte, einem bedeutenden deutschen Philosophen, wurde der Park 1937 in „Fichtepark“ umbenannt. 1954 erhielt der Bismarckturm den Namen „Fichteturm“. Bachlauf und Teich sind zuletzt 1992 saniert worden. Über die Jahre wurden Wasserrinne, Staustufen und Brunnenbecken marode. Die Wasserverluste waren so hoch, dass die Anlage 2013 trockengelegt werden musste. Am 15. Mai 2018 wurde die Teichanlage feierlich wieder in Betrieb genommen.
