Water going under a bridge on Olmsted Island during a period of unusually high water

Summary[edit]

Description
English: This channel of the Potomac River usually has very little water in it. Today there was so much that spray was coming up on the bridge. This was taken a couple of days after Hurricane Ida when the river was at it's highest.
