Documents recueillis auprès de Marie-Hélène Druelle, née Dumetz, le 27 mai 2014, concernant Louis Evin, son grand-père maternel. Louis Evin fut maitre pointeur au 1er régiment d’artillerie à pied. Il tenu un carnet de route du 9 décembre 1914 au 21 juin 1915 et une abondante correspondance avec sa famille. A son retour de la guerre, il se maria, après 7 ans de fiançailles, avec Hélèna Lambert. Mais il déclara suite à cette guerre ne pas vouloir d'enfants. Malgré cela, le couple donna le jour en 1921 à une fille. - Photographie de Louis Evin en uniforme. |
