Description
Deutsch: 08.11.2020 01217 Dresden-Zschertnitz: Martin-Andersen-Nexö-Straße 10 bis 28. Das Neubaugebiet auf der Südhöhe in Dresden wurde in den 1970er Jahren mit Plattenbauten des Typs WBS 70 Dresden, 10,80 m Haustiefe, errichtet. Auf die Giebelfassade des Wohnhauses Nr. 16 (GMP: 51.019948,13.732351) ist ein neues Wandbild gekommen. Das alte Bild, welches ein schaukelndes Kind zeigte, wurde entfernt. Für das neue auf der sanierten Wand lobte die Wohnungsgenossenschaft "Glückauf' Süd Dresden, ihr gehört der Wohnblock, schon Ende 2009 einen Ideenwettbewerb aus. Der Vorstand der Genossenschaft entschied sich für den Entwurf von Christian Gersdorf aus Chemnitz. Das Motiv zeigt Bergsteiger in der nahen Sächsischen Schweiz.
