Summary[edit]

Description
English: Campbell Hall on the campus of the University of California, Los Angeles was built in 1954 as the Home Economics Building, and now houses the Academic Advancement Program, American Indian Studies, Asian American Studies and the Department of Linguistics. The building seismically corrected in 2006, and a new extension added in 2015. (Sources: Barton Phelps & Assocs., Daily Bruin story)

In 1969, two student members of the Black Panther Party were shot and killed in room 1202 of Campbell Hall by a rival black nationalist group, Organization US. (source: Daily Bruins story)
