Summary[edit]

Description

Basswood stem, slide No. 32, Celestron set #44412. Field of view about 2 mm wide.

American Optical H10 microscope, AO 10X Plan Achro objective, 5X Huygenian eyepiece, Nikon F adapter, D700, ISO 200, 1/40 second for each of 19 images stacked with CombineZP. MC-30A remote release, mirror up, exposure delay on. Five division manual steps on fine focus knob between images. White balance, minor sharpening and d-lighting applied in Capture NX-D before converting from RAW to jpg. Minimal cropping to eliminate minor vignetting in corners.
